Largely instrumental album is an exploration of all of the dimensions that BSE have traveled through since 1985. AcedoÕs guitar contains the familiar Hendrix & Page meet Ravi Shankar soul & virtuosity, & John McLaughlin is clearly an influence now also. The title track deposits trailer loads of Zeppelin damage on the listener, & detours through desert landscapes & on the home stretch, showcasing Eric JohnsonÕs (bass, guitar) sonic blues solo work. Mescaline visions with layered ghost voices meet monstrously drugged riffs offset against giant peals of progressive keyboard while submerged vocals fight to attain the surface. The album winds up in a place of great peace & resolution, an almost meditative, elegaic plateau
