"'TV Party' is a great three-song single/mini-EP that was recorded in late 1981 after 'Damaged' was released, and it contains all-exclusive material recorded by the amazing five-piece Black Flag lineup. People don't seem to talk about this single too often, but it's a classic. Yes, the LP version of "TV Party" is definitive, but this one's quite different and worth having. (I think this was the version used for their little-seen but amazing "TV Party" music video.) "I've Got to Run" is a song that appears nowhere else, and "My Rules" is a superior Rollins remake of a Chavo-era song. It's rather short (6:45) and does have some fuzzy engineering, but if you believe in all things Black Flag, then you owe it to yourself to get this CD. There's also a third version of "TV Party" available on the 'Repo Man' soundtrack (a 'Damaged' outtake), so collect them all for maximum effect."

"I'VE GOT TO RUN! My favorite Black Flag song. I damn near wore out the CD listening to that one track. Best one on there, anybody agree? 'My Rules' is ok, but the version with Chavo sounds more polished. Damaged version of 'TV Party' is better, sounds more insane. Otherwise, a good buy."
