"Big Umbrella's latest is not as listener-friendly as previous efforts. Lead singer/songwriter Russell Osiecki has moved away from the socio-political darkness of Guru, to embrace a more psychedelic posture. Songs like "Oil," if given a chance, will find allow the listener to find redemption in the musical risks taken."
