CD ReviewsA Soft Pop Lover's Dream Come True - 5 Stars Robbie White | Silver Spring, MD USA | 05/31/2004 (5 out of 5 stars) "I had never heard of Bergen White. Then I read a 5-star review of this reissue (from a 1972 LP) in the UK Mojo magazine. It said that this was a "lost classic" for soft pop lovers. He does two David Gates songs, so that caught my eye. So I bought the CD and wow, was I pleasantly surprised. For once I agreed with everything in a review. This CD is unbelievable - kinda like if you crossed Bread with early 70's Jimmy Webb and added an orchestra. Any lovers of soft/sunshine California early 70's pop will really enjoy this CD. Highly recommended."
