"To talk about Sandor Vegh's interpretative grandeur (1912-1997), is to evoke the authentic embodiment of a genius of the musical direction. His original approach emanates from his spiritual vision. That's why his style is simply inimitable and his throne is still empty.
For all of us who had the immense privilege to watch him at the front of the Salzburg ensemble (October, 1991) in two unforgettable concerts in the Teresa Carreño Hall, his memory is still present in our minds.
So, this album is a must-have because contains the essentials of his art.
