And though on this album she is not the equal of Peña (or of Selena), her enthusiasm should put it over with the kid audience it's made for. Parents may be pleased by the fine taste in covers--"Over the Rainbow" in Spanish and in English, Katrina and the Waves' "Walking on Sunshine" revived as "Caminando en las Nubes"--though they're bound to cringe at "Sueños de Juventud," on which Meza does a baby talk so cloying, it would make even the Olsen twins blush. Vive Tu Sueño is a sort of concept album about Meza's career, with the broad moral being to follow your dreams--good advice in any language. --John Sanchez Similar CDs
