"The Broad St. Bully is back with a new, short mixtape to hold us over until he drops his 4th solo, tentitively titled "The Bad Guy" (slated for a March, 2007 release). With only 10 songs, and most of them are reused verses (I recognize over half of them) just put over a different beat, you don't get much new material. Guests are on 8 of the 10 songs on here so not much new Sigel material but it's nice to hear from him anyways. Of the 10 songs, only 1 is real good, the other 9 are average to good, nothing great. Production is pretty good, nothing real special, Da Network does songs 3-10 & KP does songs 11 & 12. For his die hard fans I'd cop this otherwise I'd just wait a few months for his album to drop.
