Synopsis

Product Description
Like a frat boy puking on the shoes of his ineffectual lover, Columbia MO vomits up the missing number to the world's rock and roll sudoku puzzle. Bald Eagle brews the right cup of taste and talent, writing music that sticks in your head for days. Tongue-in-cheek songs about forgotten celebrities, unpleasant situations, and drug deals gone terribly wrong are delivered with about the same enthusiasm as a 400lbs. man entering a pizza eating contest. Live and recorded, Bald Eagle brings a mix of funk, punk, and straight up balls-to -the-wall rock n' roll. Influences include Minus the Bear, JR Ewing, Refused, and Drive Like Jehu, but it is Bald Eagle's fresh and original approach to song writing that puts them in a category all their own. Members past projects include The One Inch Punch, Amputee Set, Subscribe, The Souls and The Carry On Killaway. ?Bacon and Eggs, Dear? was recorded in Milwaukee, WI with Shane Hochstetler during Fall/winter of 2005. This record features guest musicians Bill Kutsch, Nathan Liley, and Shane Hochstetler from Call Me Lightning. Other guest musicians include Lucas Allen, Ryan Griswold, and Isaac Sherman (Catacombs of Rome). Bald Eagle has performed alongside bands such as: !!!(chk, chk, chk), Deerhoof, Call Me Lightning, The Plot To Blow Up The Eiffel Tower, The Apes, Temper Temper, Electric Eel Shock, Captured by Robots, The Red Light Sting, Haymarket Riot, Bright Calm Blue, and 1905.
