Looking for the Front

"Way back around 1989, I saw a band called "Front" at a small club in Syracuse NY. I thought they were a great live band, had a pretty good hit, and sounded a lot different from anything that was out at the time. I expected big things from "Front." But they disapperaed, never to release another album and never to be heard from again. So, I put in that old cd the other day, remembered how much I liked it, and did some digging to find some memebers, including the singer, released this album in 1993. I bought it quickly and was very impressed. The last 3 tracks are the best of the album and also some of the finest songs I have ever heard. If I had one complaint, it is the album mix. The opening track is a snoozer of a song, and the disc kind of plods along a little until the last 3 songs. Truly, Madly, deeply should have opened the disc, with track 8 in the coveted 3 spot. Anyway, I was a fan and missed this the first time around. 14 years later and I think it sounds good. Give it a shot."

"I've brought this cd maybe a dozen times since it release, if i break or scratched it i always find a way to replace asap...
the singer Michael Franano-has one of the most breathtaking
voices that didn't get a chance to make it big..if this cd
was every re-released they would more then take the music world by storm...it's more then worth listening too!"
