A brilliant album

"I am a huge Ocean Colour Scene fan, and this is among my favourite albums of all time. Although a compilation, the songs are welded together as well as any studio album I've heard. This isn't a record, it's an experience, capturing a wider range of emotions than any other Ocean Colour Scene album. From the melacholic 'Robin Hood' (a live favourite, and one of their best songs ever), through the soulful 'Huckleberry Grove' to the brilliant acoustic versions of the classics 'The Circle' and 'The Day We Caught the Train', this has something for everyone, almost every song featuring a character (for example 'Jimmy' in 'The Day We Caught The Train') through which the album evokes its response. This shows the other side of 'Moseley Shoals', and is a must for any fan. A rarity even here in Britain nowadays."
