"Angel City(Angels) are an original sounding morph of AC/DC with class. This album was featured on a early '80's tour that I had the priviledge of witnessing in Portland, Or. and its memory is a highlight of my concert going experience. The timeless music contained within is propelled by heavy bass lines wrapped around crunching guitar rythyms and macho melodies that are best enjoyed at tailgate parties or driving fast to get to one."

"Night Attack is a heart attack. Typically australian sounded (probably Les Pauls directly plugged in the Marshalls) Angels (AKA Angel City) are cousins with AC/DC, Rose Tattoo and even with Midnight oil. Key words are Simplicity and efficiency, no tricks in the guitars, the friendly voice of Doc Neeson and a rythm department bass/drums specialized in binar stuff. From the basic and devastating riff of "Long night" to the revolutionnary "Storm the Bastille", Angel City is just playing hard rock the way it should: with guts, sensibility, intelligence and huge talent. Every rock fan should have this LP on the shelve"
