That song, the current single "Running Song," sets the tone for the project with its lyrics about a young woman's emerging independence, mesmerizing rhythm loop, sci-fi effects and long eerie soprano phrases. One reviewer stated this album was not his "cup of tea," and honestly, I can't see how that can be. I've had folks with all sorts of musical tastes and biases listen to this disc and, to a person, they've at least acknowledged the artistry behind it, and, at most started looking high and low for a copy of the disc. Ambersunshower made the disc every neo-soul, R & B, funk, alternative, etc. artists wishes they could make (including me! :-)), and then all but disappeared. Awesome."
