Synopsis

Album Description
2008 release. The Almighty, the Wu-Tang affiliated supergroup consisting of Killah Priest, Bronze Nazareth, C-Rayz Walz, Son One, M-Eighty, 5-Star and others, offer their debut collaborative effort: Original S.I.N. (Strength in Numbers). Boasting a supergroup collective rivaling any crew of independent MCs and beatmakers, The Almighty is prepared to change the face of the independent Hip Hop landscape. Also featuring such legendary artists as Canibus, Keith Murray, Planet Asia, Holocaust, Hussein Fatal (Tupac's The Outlawz) and more, The Almighty's Original S.I.N. promises to rival such supergroup retail smashes as Army of the Pharaohs, Wu-Tang Meets The Indie Culture and many more.

CD Reviews

Inferno!
F. Arevalo | Richmond, VA USA | 07/30/2008
(5 out of 5 stars)

"This joint goes past fire. I guess I am biased when it comes to Wu and their affiliations, but this is a none biased review. The CD is very strong. Keith Murray and Kevlaar 7 (as usual) kills it. In fact everyone shines on this album, and the beat (particularly The Saga Begins) on some of the songs are crazy. You gotta love that menacing beat and the "Wu" chants. Ish is crazy! Cop this, not the new pop rap you heard about on the radio."
Fire fire
R. Laryea | knightdale,nc | 07/23/2008
(4 out of 5 stars)

"this cd is a breathe of fresh air. pure fire! the only reason i didnt give it five is because bronze should have produced way more. the beats are very good especially bronzes of course. canibus has a good verse but not as good as he usually can come and both holocaust and keith murray come correct with theirs and as for killah priest and c rayz they never let you down. any hip hop fan needs to pick this up. only makes my mouth water for the new bronze nazareth and gza cd!"

"If you are a fan of the Wu...or C-Rayz...or Sunz of Man and the Snowgoons albums, pick this cd up without hesitation...This is a very solid release with some nice MCs...Also check out Doap Nixon. Peace."
