With a multitude of instruments, acoustic and otherwise, the result is high-energy pop/rock with a heavy emphasis on the beat. The songs have been sculpted and recorded by Andreadis at home with drum machines, guitars, keyboards, and vocals, then rounded out by some of Chicago's young jazz scene. Lyrically, it's a mix of the emotional and the absurd, with song topics ranging from cloning to the ghost of a high school football player. If you like Paul McCartney, Flaming Lips, and early De La Soul (minus the rapping) you'll definitely be a fan of All City Affairs' Bees.
