It was not a commercial success due to Fania Records(Which had bought Tico Records)lack of marketing interest. What we have here is a wonderful work of art that never got its due recognition. The searing hot numbers, "Boncò", "Tatalibaba", 'Mi Rico Son", "A Todos Mis Amigos", "Cao Cao Manì Picao", were masterfully arranged by Tito Puente with the dancer in mind. Finally, the bolero-cha, "De Noche", is the centerpiece of this time forgotten gem."
