CD ReviewsGreat second album Matthew L. T. Hepworth | Salt Lake City, UT USA | 12/09/2007 (5 out of 5 stars) "I was a fan of Alfy's first release, "Alfy Betz with The Imaginary Orchestra." On that record, the music was great, but the imaginary orchestra was comprised of mostly synthesizers. This time, he has assembled real live musicians. The "Salt Lake Bad Boys" (including a girl) appear to be the cream of the crop. His brother even plays Hammond organ. The music is much more polished than the prior release. River of Fire is a powerful track. My other favorite is the Fantasy in C# Minor. Those 2 pieces would be appreciated by any musician. But everyone will love his rendition of The Beatles "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds" and "Sunday at the Pool." If you're looking for something unique and wonderful to add to your CD library, you should start with this one."
