Available in three formats, the unprecedented and historic release of two albums of two genres simultaneously gave Alejandro Fernandez a three album debut on the Top 10 sales charts in the USA, Mexico, Spain and Colombia, and garnered him Platinum status awards in the USA, Mexico and Venezuela and Gold status awards in Colombia and Spain with sales of over 600K units worldwide. Dos Mundos Revolucion was recorded LIVE in Mexico City's Lunario Auditorium and marked the first time The Recording Academy approached an international Latin artist to participate in their concert series "Artist Revealed". Filmed and recorded live, September 1st, Alejandro was accompanied by thirteen accomplished musicians that helped him create one of his best musical productions to date; among these musicians were Mario Alberto Zapata, accordionist of Grupo Pesado, percussionist Luis Conte, whose toured with international artists Madonna and Phil Collins, and Ramon Stagnaro, accomplished guitarrist who's recorded with David Foster and Humberto Gatica. The intimate, acoustic set will be released on CD, DVD and CD+DVD and will feature HIT tracks from his most recent release including "Se Me Va La Voz", Me Hace Tanto Bien", "Mi Rechazo" and "Estuve" among others, and will include two new tracks "Quien" (written by Joan Sebastian) and "Felicidades" (written by Mario Sandoval). The new release will also feature a first time performance of the classic regional Mexican track "Vamos A Darnos Tiempo" (track well known for its interpretation by the legendary "Prince of song" Jose Jose).
