"Acoustic Syndicate was my first introduction to bluegrass and southern music in general. I saw them play live at Bele Chere in NC where they wowed the audience. They have a unique sound and I'm particularly impressed by Steve McMurray's expertise with the mandolin."

"I've been listening to these boys for a couple years now and this is a must have CD. From the killer banjo to the toe tapping guitar this CD has it all. The lyrics are straight from the heart and you feel like you were right there with them! Once you get the CD you'll have a hard time not listening to it constantly. This is one CD I could and will never get sick of listening to. If you like this CD you will surely love the 2nd CD titiled Tributaries. Both CDs have a guest appearance by Sam Bush who adds a wonderful mixture with the violin. Once you hear this CD or the one that follows you should see them live if you get the chance!"
