Fulfills an empty niche for San Fran Heads

"Though they were not the greatest band in the Bay area, the Aces played all over and with everyone. If you've studied the San Fran rock scene of the 60's, this cd will be welcome if only to have the opportunity to hear them. "Afro Blue" is outstanding and some of the garagey stuff is pretty good, but overall an average band."
