CD Reviews

This Album is the Best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
David Giles | Baltimore, MD USA | 01/04/2003
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I absolutley LOVE this album. Every song on here is great. I alreday had the American version of Teen Spirit with 14 tracks on it, but I bought this album just for the 3 bouns tracks! They are that good! I love every single one! This cd is evey bit worth of [$$$], in fact it is a bargin for this cd. Trust me this is the best cd!!!"
Twelve Year Olds have short attention spans!

"Let me just say this: Twelve Year Olds have short attention spans and know absolutely NOTHING about music!!!Ok, now on to business:
This a GREAT album. The four bonuses songs are fantastic,
especially Give it Up & Can't Stop The Pop. Heartbreak Lullaby is this dreamy, creamy pop song made for the UK version of Disney's 'The Princess' Diaries'.And it's definetly worth the $$$ even if you already got the original 'Teen Spirit'."
I Shouldn't Love This Album Like I Do!

"This album is full of run-of-the-mill, nothing-special, fairly predictable, sugar-coated European teen-pop. So why do I love it so much?!? I can't help it!! For some reason, the songs are so infectious that, if you're in a bad mood, you simply can't resist being lifted right out of it. I bought the American release of this album several months ago (used, for a good price), but I liked it so much that I decided I had to help give the kids their due and buy this new, expanded release."Upside Down" and "Halfway Around The World" are hits for good reason, and even "...To The Music" is catchy, though in a more subtle way. The album drops off just a bit from there, but not enough to make me skip any tracks. "All My Love" has a kind of reggae-type beat to it, which makes it a unique song. I could give props to nearly every song on the album, but I'll restrain myself, except to mention that I love "Can't Stop The Pop"! It's got a sunny, feel-good bounce to it, very reminiscent of the Jackson 5.All in all, I'm not the least bit sorry for paying almost 25 bucks for this album, and I'm eagerly awaiting their next."
