Synopsis

Album Description
Front 242's vocalist, Jean-Luc De Meyer has join with the alien technology experts of Implant (Len Lemeire) and Vive La Fete's former drummer, Jan D'Hooghe for a travel in time to the year 2107 in order to assault and destroy the malevolent Universal Order enslaving mankind and plundering the planet's resources. After having witnessed some of the disastrous consequences of its brutal and senseless exploitation of the Earth, such as inter-dimensional crashes, planet-scale deliberate poisoning, altering of the human psyche as well as the random falling apart of matter, the mutant viral entity, 32Crash is about to start its first assault against the Reigning Evil. 32Crash is the new (de)generation of a music branch once thought virtually extinct, now bound to cause massive chaos to the Universal Order through electronic holograms and self-replicating viruses. To prevent it from sinking the world further into the endless darkness comes this challenging retro/futuristic EPCD with bonus remixes by Front 242, Sebastian Komor (Icon of Coil, Zombie Girl, etc.) and Digital Coalition. Extensive mass manipulation has been initiated at a level from which there is no possible return. Will the nightmare stop or is to get worse? Check 32Crash live at work at all best European Summer festivals this year before the release of their full length album, Weird News From An Uncertain Future - the most ambitious release ever created by men...

"...and Im glad. I never get tired of JLDM's voice. I expected something harder like some of Jean-Luc De Meyer's other projects, but this is one where he is showing off his beautifully masculine voice against a dramatic and modern tech backdrop. This, as the PR review states, is a concept work and the songs are supposed to tie together to tell a story. They do, and without sounding like one long song. In a month or so, the album will descend upon us and save the planet. I can hardly wait..."
